What it is
A shop at DN and SvD, connected to your web shop.
Loyative puts your products on sale in DN Erbjudanden and SvD Butik. You connect your web shop with a plugin, the publisher picks which offers to show, and every purchase lands as a regular order with you.

No fixed fee. You decide how much commission to offer, typically 30-60% depending on the product. It is only charged on what sells. Move the sliders and see what you get.

What does it cost to get started?
Nothing. No setup fee, and adding products and campaigns is free. Commission is only charged when an item sells.
How large is the commission?
You decide how much commission to offer, typically 30-60% depending on the product. It is called margin in the terms and is split between the publisher and Loyative. Shipping can be included in the price or added separately.
Where does the purchase happen and who takes the payment?
On dn.se or svd.se, through Loyative's platform. The reader never leaves the page. Payment goes to Loyative, which pays you out.
How do we receive the orders?
Automatically through the plugin in Shopify or WooCommerce, or manually by email. You ship the item just like any other order.
When do we get paid?
The sales report is generated 15 days after month end, so returns can be handled. Loyative then creates a self-billing invoice and pays out within 15 days. Sold in November: invoice on 15 December, paid by 30 December.
Who handles customer service and returns?
You, as with a regular order. Loyative can be the first point of contact, but the customer gets your support address for complaints and returns.
What happens to the customer data?
Loyative is responsible for customer data under GDPR. You may use the data to fulfil the order, not for anything else, and not share it onward.
Who picks which of our offers are shown?
The publisher. The more attractive the offer, the more often it gets picked. If you want a guaranteed slot, newsletter, digital edition and print ad are available as extras.
Who owns images and product data?
You own your brands, images and product data. Loyative may use them for marketing, analysis and recommendations on the platform.
Can we pause or stop?
At any time. Set the product quantity to zero or stop creating campaigns. No lock-in. The terms apply from when you start using the platform and are accepted when you publish a campaign.
